The Process

The Process in 4 Steps

01

Contact us and tell us about your project

Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or fill out the form. You don't need to have everything figured out from the start, tell us what you have in mind and we'll ask the right questions to understand the real scope of the work.

We respond within 24 hours, in Spanish or English per your preference.

What we need to know:
  • Project type: residential or commercial
  • Location and county
  • General description of the work, new installation, panel, remodel, commercial space, etc.
  • Tentative date you need to start
02

Site visit and written estimate within 24 hours

We schedule a site visit to evaluate the work in person. We don't quote blindly, every project has its particularities and we want to give you a real number, not an estimate that changes later.

Within 24 hours of the visit, you receive a written estimate that includes:

  • Detailed scope of work
  • Materials and labor
  • County permits, managed and paid by Proton TGS
  • Timeline with start dates, milestones, and final inspection
  • Staged payment terms
No surprises. What the estimate says is what you pay.
03

We execute the work to code, with active permits

Once the estimate is approved, our team of Master Electricians and engineers begins the work according to the agreed timeline. We manage all county permits, you don't have to do any paperwork.

All work is executed following the National Electrical Code (NEC) and each county's specifications. Our engineers supervise projects that require design, load calculations, or technical documentation.

During execution:
  • You have a direct contact coordinator, in Spanish
  • We keep you informed of progress at every stage
  • Payments are made in phases, you only pay as work progresses
  • If something unexpected comes up, we let you know before making any changes
04

Approved inspection and project delivery

We coordinate directly with the county inspector. The work is delivered with the approved inspection, not before.

If for any reason the inspector requires an adjustment, we resolve it at no additional cost to you. The approved inspection is not a promise: it's part of the contract.

Upon completion you receive:
  • County-approved inspection certificate
  • Technical documentation of the work performed
  • Warranty on the work executed
Your property stays legally protected: for your insurance, for a future sale, for any procedure you may need.
